This Cheesy Pull Apart Bread Loaf from my Passionista Kitchen is exceptionally perfect to serve for a gathering or bring it over to as a delicious contribution for any dinner party as it is a delicious treat. So, whether you staying home or taking it to go, indulge with this delicious bread!

INGREDIENTS

· One large, whole crusty loaf – I love using sourdough for this one!

· 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

· 1 sick of butter – 8 tablespoons softened

· 4 garlic cloves finely chopped or pressed

· 2 tablespoons fresh or dry parsley

· 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary or ½ tsp dried rosemary

· ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper – optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a heatproof bowl, combine butter, garlic and rosemary. Cover and place in microwave to melt butter and let all other flavors combine. Remove from microwave, add parsley and cayenne pepper.

Using a bread knife – I use an electric knife for easier cutting – make diagonal slices but do not cut all the way through the loaf. Make additional diagonal slices going the opposite direction without cutting through the bottom, to form diamonds pieces of about one inch in size.

With the help of a spoon, drizzle the butter mixture into each cut and add a good pinch of cheese around every diamond. Any leftover butter mixture brush onto the entire loaf and top with any remaining cheese.

Loosely wrap with foil and bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes. Unwrap and continue to bake for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Top with additional parsley for presentation. Serve hot and enjoy!
